 Which locations do you ship to?

We ship internationally. As we partner with many incredible Designers from around the world, locations that specific items ship to, as well as shipping timelines and costs may vary by Designer and by the location that your order is shipping to. For your best shopping experience, be sure to check the Shipping & Returns tab on the Product Page for each item that you would like to purchase, prior to making a purchase. This will ensure that you are aware of the Shipping & Return guidelines for each item and Designer.

 

 How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders will be shipped out within a maximum of 3 business days from the time that you make your purchase, and often sooner. From this stage, the time that it will take to arrive is based on your location and on the shipping method that you select at the time of checkout.

 

 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be dependent on your shipping address, as well as the shipping method that you select at checkout.

 Order Tracking - How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped out we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You can click on the link that will be provided and you will be re-directed to the shipping carrier’s website for tracking and status info on your order.

 

 Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, you may be able to change or cancel your order. Contact us at love@virtuouscollection.com with the subject line: Change/Cancel My Order as soon as possible so that we can do our best to support your request. Please include your order number, whether you are cancelling or changing your order and details of what you would like to change.
